Step 1: Book a Race License Assessment

Schedule a Race License Assessment with us. Passing this assessment is necessary to apply for an FIA Race License through the local motorsport federation. You need to score 100% to pass. For kart racing, this is called the “ARKS test.”

Step 2: Gain More Seat Time

​

If you don’t pass your license assessment, you will need more practice driving on a circuit. This can be done by:

• Us arranging a Driving Experience

• You directly participating in UAE Track Days

• Receiving coaching from one of our team or affiliated organisations

Step 3: Medical Examination

​

Once you pass your assessment, you will need a medical check from your local doctor to ensure you are fit to race.

Step 4: Apply for Your License

​

Visit the EMSO (Emirates Motorsport Organization) website. They are responsible for issuing all UAE race licenses and are the official authority on UAE Motorsport events. Note that the license through EMSO is available for UAE residents only. Non-residents can still take the assessment but must check with their local motorsport federation if they accept the issued certificate.
